Grade‑2 white recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a versatile general‑purpose thermoplastic material. It balances rigidity and flexibility. By incorporating different amounts of plasticizers, it can be manufactured into rigid profiles or flexible films. It possesses favorable properties including flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑priced with excellent cost‑performance. Nevertheless, it has poor heat resistance (regular service temperature shall not exceed 60 °C) and unsatisfactory thermal‑light stability, hence stabilizers are required during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: widely adopted in construction materials such as water supply and drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also applied for chemical storage tanks, electronic product housings and so on.
Flexible products: extensively used for wire and cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please state your further requirements for hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.
MOQ: 1 ton after successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
